Terms & Conditions

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of service.
  • Prestige Auto Spa will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, or any belongings contained inside of the vehicle. Prestige Auto Spa assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe way and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns to the Site Manager.
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
  • Prestige Auto Spa does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to assure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
  • We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your service.
  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing needs
  • Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk
  • All Detail services require phone number, package, and vehicle condition verification. Prestige Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Prestige Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing
  • Prestige Auto Spa will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • We have a minimum starting price for all services that varies with the amount of labor needed to complete the service.
  • A minimum 50% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
  • Our prices are based on detailing type, type of car, and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FIRM price.
  • Prestige Auto Spa reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle.
  • Prestige Auto Spa reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate, the customer will be advised, and service will only proceed after customer acceptance.
  • Prices online do not include any local and/or state taxes that apply to services. And detailing services are starting prices that serve as guidance.

Communications

  • Prestige Auto Spa will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the detail, and conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed.
  • Prestige Auto Spa may call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey.
  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Our Service Terms & Conditions

  • We may ask you where you heard about Prestige Auto Spa in order to gauge our marketing strategies.
  • We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • We must charge the card before each visit service since service done can’t be one done.

Club Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • Having a Prestige Auto Spa Club Subscription, it’s a privilege that we offer to everyone, therefore we request all customers to respect our rules.
  • To cancel the Clube Subscription please email your request to info@prestigeautospa.com.
  • Prestige Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club can be used once every 24 hours. In each month, membership is renewed.
  • Prestige Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club is month to month, there are no long-term commitments or contracts, no hidden cancellation charges. In the event you would like to cancel your membership we simply require a written (5) day notice prior to the next billing date.
  • All cancelation notices should be completed on our website www.prestigeautospa.com.
  • Only the vehicle listed on the sign-up form is eligible for the Prestige Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club and must have an RFID tag installed on the vehicle’s windshield. Damaged tags should be reported to Prestige Auto Spa Car Wash management immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will cause damage and will keep it from operating properly. The wash club member will be charged $25.00 for tag replacement. It is the wash club member’s responsibility to notify Prestige Auto Spa of any change in vehicle ownership.
  • By enrolling in the Prestige Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged the billable amount on the enrollment form. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of any related credit card charges. Whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
  • Credit/debit cards on file will be billed monthly on the day of sign-up (If you sign-up on the 9th of the month, you will be billed every month on the 9th).
  • Prestige Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
  • By providing your mobile phone number and e-mail address to Prestige Auto Spa on the front of this form, you expressly authorize us to deliver or cause to be delivered calls and messages to you at the number provided, using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded voice, as well as e-mail communications for any and all purposes, including related to telemarketing and advertising of car washes and other benefits, products, and services that may be of interest. You also agree to Prestige Auto Spa terms and conditions. You understand that you need not agree as a condition to purchase any goods or services.
  • Prestige Auto Spa reserves the right to cancel, revoke or ban any club subscription for any reason that seems fit to the business.
  • Prestige Auto Spa will immediately revoke any club subscription that is been used by more than one customer.
  • Prestige Auto Spa will cancel any club subscription that is been shared between multiple vehicles.

Service Guarantee

  • If there is a probable and clear cause that the service did not fulfill the package as ordered or is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Prestige Auto Spa voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.
  • Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds.
  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by customer service on-site may invalidate the service guarantee.
  • Payment is due before service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service in advance will void the service, service will not begin without a payment.
  • Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by emailing (martim@prestigeautospa.com). Pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service must be emailed to martim@prestigeautospa.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.
  • Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.
  • The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate.
  • Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.
  • Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damage, or other issues may apply.
  • Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.
  • Any balances for services ordered are due at the time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.
  • In the event the redeemer is not covered by the www.prestigeautospa.com network a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • After 6 months of non-use, the gift certificate is non-refundable.
